The Kuwait International Airport expansion project encompasses project management consultancy for overseeing KIA's development, segmented into five primary areas: a new runway, new terminal facilities (T2) development, ATM operations enhancement, overall airport systems integration, and the establishment of support and cargo facilities.
Building on the Master Plan 2020, this project updates the original 2012 blueprints and incorporates strategic planning for short, medium, and long-term implementations up to 2050, transforming Kuwait International Airport into a central aviation hub in the Middle East as part of "New Kuwait" Vision 2035.
