Koelnmesse Headquarters
A potential new construction of a trade fair headquarters with high architectural quality and a modern, future-oriented office concept is planned at the Koelnmesse site. The project is being realised as a BIM project and places a strong focus on sustainability, including the use of hybrid timber construction. The administrative building is intended to be constructed in a CO₂-neutral manner and to achieve DGNB Gold certification. Gross floor area: approx. 34,000 m²
A new headquarters building is planned at the Koelnmesse site in order to consolidate central administrative and office functions in a single location. The objective of the project is to develop a high-quality, future-oriented office building that provides a contemporary working environment for Koelnmesse employees.
The building is being implemented as a BIM project with a particular emphasis on sustainability and resource efficiency. Among other measures, hybrid timber construction is planned to realise a climate-friendly structural concept. The new building is intended to be constructed in a CO₂-neutral manner and to obtain DGNB Gold certification.
OBERMEYER has been supporting the project from the early stages onwards. Services include the project management office for the feasibility study and user requirements, project management for all project phases, as well as BIM management.
